  • People with experience. Yes, it can help you get your first free gigs, but know you’re going to have to put in work before you can start charging.

  • Are these tips you could find online for free? Probably. You can find anything online these days, if you’re willing to sort through all kinds of blogs written by fake experts. If your budget is incredibly tight, I’d recommend doing that. I’m putting all the chapter titles down below so you can google them on your own if you’re in that position.

  • Everything in this ebook will include ways to do each step for no cost. Some chapters will have software recommendations but they’re not necessary. You don’t need some expensive software or anything to get it done. Maybe a notebook, but even that is not necessary. This is everything you need, no hidden costs included.

  • You’re ready to work hard, fail a ton, feel awkward, put yourself out there, and actually take your freelancing seriously.

  • It works for people just looking to make money on the side and for people who are full-time freelancers.

Don’t get me wrong, this is not easy. There is no magic formula that makes you rich overnight. This is hard work. However, if you do the hard work upfront, you’ll have a much easier time down the line. The 30 days do not have to be done all in a month, but if you want serious results it should be.

The first half of this ebook is about the strategy for outreaching to clients and the second half is more advanced tactics that you’ll come across as you begin to work with clients. All of them are strategies for getting your foot in the door with clients.

What this ebook does not have and who it’s not for:

  • This ebook does NOT include contracts. Those are so dependent on where you are in the world, your actual project, and a billion other factors.

  • You haven’t specifically narrowed down what you’re offering. There’s a chapter that will cover getting more focused on your offer, but if you can’t decide between doing web design, copywriting, graphic design, etc., you need to figure that out before you buy this.

  • You hate talking to people. This is going to require you to get out of your comfort zone and reach out to people directly. While not every tip here requires this, a few of them do and that’s where the magic happens. If you don’t want to talk to humans about what you do, this is not the ebook for you.
